The California Medical Association (CMA) will host its 52nd annual Legislative Advocacy Day on April 8, 2026, in Sacramento. CMA's Legislative Advocacy Day consistently brings together more than 400 of physician and medical student leaders from all specialties and modes of practice. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with legislators on priority health care issues. Attendees can expect to get hands-on experience and learn the nuts and bolts of advocating for their patients and profession. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and lobby legislators on priority health care issues and learn how to become an advocate for your patients and colleagues. Registered attendees will receive a webinar training on legislation and policy affecting the practice of medicine. Legislative Advocacy Day is an exclusive benefit for CMA members and is open to all active members.
