Ready for flu season? How concerned should we be about the current epidemiology of COVID, influenza, RSV and other winter respiratory viruses? In this Virtual Grand Rounds, California State Epidemiologist Erica Pan, M.D., MPH, will present the latest surveillance data on understanding the current pattern of avian flu, testing for H5N1, and understanding and educating patients about the new Mpox strain and its epidemiology. Learn about emerging variants, breakthrough infections, and strategies to protect vulnerable populations this winter season with Dr. Pan, as she hosts the first Virtual Grand Rounds of 2025.
